Continuing patient care is
the cornerstone of our commitment to you. After you have received your
personal electrotherapy unit, we will see to it that you have all the
supplies needed to gain excellence results.
MedCare Service is
here from Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., EST to answer
any of your questions or your patient's questions relevant to the use
of the electrotherapy device. As with any treatment program, it is
necessary to use it, to gain the pain relief needed and deserved. Sometimes
patients need a little help in establishing a regime to use their new
personal electrotherapy device. We are trained to assist with this
part of the treatment as well as to provide the proper supplies needed.
